Project description
“My Avenue” is located in the heart of the city’s entertainment and business area, overlooking the lively boulevard nicknamed “The Ramblas of Modi’in”. The boulevard is studded with fountains, trees and quaint corners, with office buildings, bustling cafés, excellent restaurants, quality delicatessens, a host of boutique shops and businesses that will make every visit to the boulevard feel like a trip to Europe.
My Avenue project includes 7 boutique buildings of only 5 to 7 floors, with a diverse mix of 3,4 and 5 room apartments, creating a private complex overlooking the boulevard. All the apartments and buildings in the project have been carefully designed to the finest details – from the smart division of the rooms, through the location and sizes of the windows to the luxurious specifications, in order to give residents a perfect living experience, with maximum privacy.
All apartments benefit from private parking and storage room.
