Project description
An entrepreneurial project for the construction of a 10-story building that combines residences, offices and retail space.
The project is located in the lower city of Haifa, adjacent to the Merkaz Hashmona train station, campuses of the University of Haifa, the Open University, Wizo College, Tiltan College of Design, Atid College, Ridman and Tmurot Colleges for Complementary Medicine and Initiatives College. It is also in close proximity to the tourist axis – Ben Gurion St. (the German Colony) and the future seafront project. The project will enjoy a stunning view of the sea and the Bahai Gardens.
