Project description
A 3-story office building in the heart of Kfar Saba’s well-known and sought-after industrial area, with a built-up area of about 3150 square meters on a 2500 square meter lot.
TEG performed a facelift on the building and adapted it to the tenants’ changing needs. The property benefits from a full occupancy rate of various high-tech companies and services.
TEG is working to continue developing the property and adding significant building rights in accordance with the district master plan.
